RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

RETURNS

Requirements of return:
We will only accept the return of products purchased from our site for a refund where:

  • the Goods being returned are received back at to our warehouse within 30 days of their original dispatch date;
  • the Goods are unused and in the exact same condition as they were when received by you;
  • a completed returns form accompanying the Goods along with proof of purchase detailing the order number, customer details and amount paid
  • We do not offer returns if you decide to change your mind on the product purchased. All specifications of our products are listed on the product pages. As we are an online retailer, it is the consumer's responsibility to double-check that they indeed want to purchase the product based on the images and specifications.

REFUNDS

  • If you are unhappy about your purchase, feel free to send us the product back and we will refund your money. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange if you have had the item for more than 30 days.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. 
  • If you want to request for a refund, please send us an email for further instructions at orders@luxventory.shop.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary depending on where you live. 
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Additionally, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 - 5 business days (AU Customers) and up to 7 days for international customers.
