What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal and most other payment methods (AMEX, Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay and Apple Pay). 

Do you have any buy now pay later options?
We have partnered with Klarna to give you a better shopping experience. Select Klarna at checkout to buy now, pay later and split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments. It is easy and safe to use. You can find out more on our Klarna FAQ page below. 

How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer FREE Shipping to Australia and New Zealand. For the rest of the world, we offer free shipping on orders over $80. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We care about the feedback from our customers and since the start of November 2020, we have made significant changes to how we ship every single order, making delivery times significantly faster than ever. All our orders are now being shipped with Australia Post and typically arrive to customers within 4-10 days via standard shipping, depending on where you are located. We now also have Express Shipping Options available upon checkout.

Standard Shipping Times:

  • Please allow 3-7 business days delivery to Australia & New Zealand. 
  • Please allow 7-14 business days to deliver to the rest of the world. 

PLEASE NOTE:  We're making every effort to meet delivery times, however, we are currently experiencing international delivery delays due to limited airline capacity and government restrictions as a result of COVID-19. How long will it take for my order to get sent out?
Same day dispatch on all orders made before 3PM AEST. 
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours after purchase. But don’t worry, you will receive a notification through email when your items have been shipped.

Do your glasses come in prescription?
Unfortunately we do not offer prescription lenses at this stage. We're currently working towards making this happen very soon!

Can you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries around the world. However, if you are in doubt about whether we can ship to you, please get in touch with us and we can look into it for you.

Will duties apply when shipping internationally?
Orders received from around the world may be subject to customs tariffs, depending on your local authorities. These funds flow exclusively to your local government, leaving LuxVentory entirely out of the loop. This means that we neither profit nor are responsible for the payment of any fees arising from the purchase of our products.

My package is stuck in customs. What can I do?
Luxventory, Customs and Postal Services are all completely different entities, hence we are not liable for any delays caused by customs or local post services and cannot be made responsible for the customs services in your country. 

Payment of customs charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Luxventory. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

If your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and asking them to release your items.
