SHIPPING POLICY

At LUXVENTORY, we are proud to use Australia Post Parcel and TNT Express to deliver our products to you, no matter where you are located in the world. Our strategic relationships with these shipping companies allow us to get your products to you in the quickest and safest manner possible. Signature and tracking nunber on delivery is available for an additional shipping fee.

Within Australia 

We offer $5 Shipping + tracking info for all orders. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after purchase (excludes Saturday and Sunday) and we aim for delivery to take approximately between 3-7 business days for standard shipping, and 2-4 days for express. 

If delivery has been attempted, your parcel will be left in a secure location or a card will be left for you to collect at your nearest Australia Post office. Express Delivery is usually next-day delivery from time of purchase if you’re in a major metro area.

During peak holiday shopping periods (Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Boxing Day, Christmas etc.) please allow another 2-3 days in delays as Australia Post can become very busy during these periods. We still aim to have your parcel delivered within 3-7 days.

New Zealand & rest of the world: 
International customers can also enjoy our $5 standard shipping + tracking on all orders over  $50. Orders can take 5 -12 business days to be arrive, depending on your location and proximity to a major city.

Express International Post is also available for an international flat rate of AUD $29. 

During peak shopping times e.g. Valentines Day, Boxing Day, Black Friday etc. please allow for a 3-5 day delay in shipping due to high demand.

Any possible taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
